Estimated delivery time

Most SeerNomad orders are expected to arrive within 2–4 weeks after the order is confirmed. Delivery times are estimates and can vary by destination, carrier operations, weather, customs or other circumstances outside our control.

Order tracking

When tracking is available, you will receive an email with shipment information. Tracking updates may take several days to appear after dispatch.

Multiple packages

Items in the same order may be shipped separately. If this happens, you may receive more than one package or tracking number, with no additional action required.

Shipping charges

Available shipping options and any applicable charges are displayed at checkout. Free-shipping eligibility is based on the promotion and destination shown in your cart.

Address changes and delivery questions

Please check your shipping address carefully before completing checkout. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. Address changes cannot be guaranteed after an order begins processing.
